" Wordless (or, greetings from the land of tacky postcards) "

Far from the comfortably beaten track, a beautiful, young and naked Adonis walks through an unclaimed land of discovery. His route leads him through a quagmire of language and tangles of traps. A dense jungle of words hampers his progress at every turn. Despite these obstacles, he battles on into the sun. Soon, Adonis happens upon finely dressed people strolling down beautiful promenades and tree-lined avenues. Intrigued, he greets them with exalted words. He is met with silence. Nobody answers. With mounting enthusiasm, he tells them of the intoxication of the spirit that stems from living in an exotic, flower-filled countryside of heavenly abundance and beguiling aromas. Painting pictures with words, he conjures up dances to rhythms that he never wanted to end, waxes lyrical on happiness in the language of poetry. Again, he is met with the icy cold ignorance of rejection. With heavy heart, he returns to the lonely path that leads him deeper and deeper into the unknown. The landscapes of loneliness are dark. Then hope flutters back to him in the form of a white butterfly bearing symbols on its wings: Alpha and Omega. Smiling to himself, the wanderer carries on without a word. It is easier to face the future when there is hope that language will be rediscovered.
